RX RF

Easy to maneuver and efficient Stainless steel local extractor

FUMEX RX RF is manufactured fully in stainless steel and has a reinforced PE hose for the best chemical resistance.

The smooth inside of the suction tubes makes the RX RF very easy to clean. Adjustments of joints, as well as, maintenance can easily be taken care of with hand tools from the outside.

Telescopic local extractor for atom absorption apparatus
MEX AA is specially developed for the extraction of airborne pollutants at high temperatures generated from atom absorption apparatus.

DSK

Fume cabinet for an effective capture of airborne pollutants by enclosure
DSK is a fume cabinet adapted for working with multiple sources of pollution simultaneously, such as:

  • Encasing an apparatus
  • Working with open chemical containers
  • Gluing

The design allows a clear view of the work area, and the cabinet can easily be moved when tasks or locations change.
DSK comes in two standard sizes (DSK 400/DSK 700), and can also be adapted to specific needs.

FB

Developed for use with particle-rich air

Fumex new fan FB is adapted to the specific requirements of local exhaust ventilation systems and evacuation of gases, smoke and small particles. For example in

Portable, flexible filter unit for temporary work solutions

Suitable for use in working environments requiring the filtration of particles such as solder smoke. The filter can also be fitted with activated carbon for the filtration of everyday odors and certain chemical fumes. Can also be used with:

  • Laser marking
  • Conservation

CFE

Dust filter for large airflows

CFE is suitable for filtration of dry particles, dust and welding smoke for mechanical industry.
The filter is manufactured with 2, 4, 6 and 8 horizontally placed filter cartridges for airflows from 1000m³/h to 12000 m³/h. For larger airflows more filters can be placed parallel and/or serial in the same system.
Continuous self-cleaning of the filter cartridges with efficient power pulse valves and aerodynamically designed deflectors significantly increases the life span of the filter media. The filter can be cleaned during operation and/or through cleaning cycles when the plant is not in operation.
All components for controlling the cleansing are placed internally on the clean air side, well protected from any outside impact.
When changing the filter there is a system allowing filter replacement without contact with the dirty filter.

CV

A flexible modular filter for particles and gas

The modular filter CV provides the opportunity to meet many different needs with several functions in one product.

The modular structure provides maximum flexibility for both gas- and particle filtration, from simple disposable filters to more customized solutions. CV can also combine gas and particle filtration in the same system.

Particle filtration allows for compressed air cleaning.
The modular filter is primarily dimensioned to handle fumes from one work station, but several filters can be parallel connected to serve several work stations in the same system.
The filter unit is wall mounted and the sturdy profile makes the installation easy, but also simplifies necessary service and maintenance.
